As someone who writes words for other businesses to publish on the internet, there is nothing worse than getting stuck in a review and approval loop - where nothing ever seems to get to a published state.

Luckily, this happens pretty rarely to me these days.

Not because I'm an incredible mind reader, writer and creator, but because experience has given me a well polished crystal ball, ready to flag future challenges early in a project. In fact, it's because I've ditched any attempts and mind reading at all.

When I sit down to create content, the first thing I want to do is dive into the minds of the people I’m working with, and establish a shared understanding of 'good'.
